Three intrepid Roberts owners are among a small group who invested in a custom "Holiday from Hell" courtesy of Phil's Cycling Holidays, based in the Vercors. In the course of a week-long trip they tackled lots of minor cols (with many spectacular views) and one of the Tour's great climbs up to Alpe d'Huez. Two of the frames used S&S couplings and we hope to have a report and pictures on the site very soon.

We've come across a website recently that relates the story of one man and his Roberts riding the End-to-End for charity. He doesn't say too much about his Roughstuff (so we assume it must have performed faultlessly), but if you want to read more click here.
